The starting point
The Seehof hosts over 200 events a year – weddings, corporate parties, birthdays. Every inquiry ran through email and phone: checking room availability, sending menu suggestions, tracking changes, handling deposits manually. Two employees worked full-time on inquiry management. Inquiries still slipped through the cracks.
The solution
simplifygastro was set up with the event booking system and integrated menu selection. Guests see online which rooms are available on which date, pick their preferred menu directly, and pay the deposit via Stripe. Automatic confirmations and reminders run in the background.
