The starting point
Café Sonnenschein used to sell vouchers exclusively over the counter. In December, requests exploded – queues, overwhelmed staff, missed sales. Many customers asked about buying online, which wasn't possible.
The solution
simplifygastro was set up with the voucher system and webshop. Fixed voucher amounts (25 €, 50 €, 100 €) plus a custom amount were created. The sharing links went out on Instagram, in the newsletter, and on the website.
